The museum and conservation community has relied on the 10 Agents of Deterioration, adopted by the Canadian Conservation Institute, since the 1990s in order to classify the biggest threats to collections. This session will discuss a international and intercultural team's work towards adding an overlooked 11th Agent: Incorrect Cultural Care.
